Donahue, Votto & DeGennaro, PC was formed in January 1997, being the successor of firms that began in 1964. The firm presently has three principals, Louis Smith Votto, Mark J. DeGennaro and Paul J. Dorsi. Together, they have more than 80 years of legal experience and share a common approach to the practice of law.

Donahue, Votto & DeGennaro, PC prides itself in providing a general practioner's view of the law. We understand that most issues have to be dealt with from a multi-disciplinary approach, and that a specialist may not understand the consequences of certain advice as it may impact other areas of the law.
